The room had a fridge, and the hotel has an on‑site restaurant. It’s close to the main road that leads to Jyotirling and the Hanuman mandir. The cable TV in the room was not a smart TV. I first got a corner room, which had a lot of traffic noise and weak Wi‑Fi, and the fridge socket didn’t work. After staying one night, I was moved to a different room. It’s a good idea to view other rooms before settling in.

The restaurant was good, and the staff were friendly. I booked a family room for my parents and me, but they gave me the smallest room. The basin tap was leaking, the bathroom was unclean, and there was no hygienic accommodation for the driver. The front‑desk staff were unhelpful and didn’t answer at the reception. They also didn’t provide the extra mattress that was promised, and the bed mattress was uncomfortable.

It was a pleasant stay for the families. The location is really good and easy to find. Triambkeshwar is just 35‑40 minutes away. The room size and facilities were good, and the staff were super supportive and helpful. Nothing that I can think of. All 5 stars for the money paid for the rooms.

I booked a room for one night; the bed was comfortable, the view and ambience were decent, and the staff were helpful. The room had a lock issue— we couldn’t lock the door from inside, which is a safety concern. The bathroom was not clean, the toilet was disgusting, and the buckets and mugs had not been cleaned for ages. The room had broken furniture. The TV set‑top box wasn’t working, but the staff changed the box, which took a lot of time, and the remotes were not working.

The AC in the room wasn’t working, even after I informed the desk; no action was taken—absolutely irresponsible behavior. The staff were aware that the AC wasn’t working, yet they still assigned the room, which was a totally bad experience.
