The staff were friendly and helpful, but the toilet seat in room 6 sits too close to the sink, and the door lock was unreliable.

The hotel’s location is fine, with the metro about a 15‑minute walk away. There’s no elevator, so carrying a large suitcase means you’ll have to climb the stairs; the breakfast is very basic—just bread, milk, juice, cereal, and fruit. I booked a king‑size room, but the beds were small, so adults didn’t fit comfortably. The staff initially brushed off the issue, blaming a bad Booking review, and did little to resolve it.

The location is good. I didn’t like how we were treated upon arrival; it was pouring rain outside, we had no umbrellas, and we arrived before check‑in time. When we asked to move into the room early, we were denied and there was no waiting area, so we didn’t feel welcomed at all. The breakfast was very basic and offered no lactose‑free milk. The noise was loud, the cleaning was awful—with lint on the bathroom wall—and overall it felt more like a hostel or pension than a hotel.

The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with tea and coffee facilities in the room, clean bed linen, and towels. There was no noise. Breakfast was adequate. The staff were pleasant and polite, and one staff member came to pick me up when I couldn’t find the hotel. The only downside was that the value didn’t match what I paid.
