After I called to say I wouldn’t arrive until the next day, the receptionist cancelled my reservation entirely, then showed me two rooms that were dirty, with paint peeling as if someone had broken in before, smoky, and smelling like cigarette smoke; it looked like someone had… everything else was bad.
“Mold in the bathroom, bugs, blood stains, you name it. Place is a shithole with shit service”
I was disappointed by the lack of courtesy from the staff, and the rooms were moldy; they wouldn't refund me after giving me a room that even animals shouldn't have to stay in.
