B&B Be In Brussels

The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the city centre, and all the main attractions in Brussels are easily reachable. The room is spacious and well equipped (possible heater for the cold, complimentary coffee, soap, and shampoo). The beds are very comfortable. The overall cleanliness of the room (floor) could be improved. The shower was damaged; water only came out from the shower head. The night curtain was damaged, so it could neither be raised nor lowered, leaving the room dark even during the day.

The location is great. The room is welcoming. The service, after an initial misunderstanding, was good. Our accommodation on the 3rd floor was hard to reach, especially with luggage. The staff should be more prompt in dealing with the client.

“Perfecta!”

The bed was very comfortable and large, had many pillows, the bathroom was great, and the location was perfect. The TV was disconnected from the antenna and no picture.

The place was spot‑on for location and spotless. Everything else was flawless, so I’d definitely recommend it.

The rooms were clean, but getting to them was a bit of a workout—tight, narrow stairs that felt a little intimidating.
