We booked a two‑night stay to visit friends nearby, only to realize the tiny 16 qm room was barely big enough for one person at a time; the friendly staff refunded the unused second night, which was nice, and the breakfast at the small restaurant was acceptable. The room’s cramped size made it impossible for two adults to move around together, the luggage could only be opened on the bed, and we felt claustrophobic; we cancelled the second night and chose a hotel with much larger rooms instead. Additionally, the keypad code for the front door didn’t work at night, and we had to use the code of a randomly arriving guest to gain entry.

The value for money was good, the rooms were modern and functional, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Booking the paid parking right at the hotel caused a few issues because payment is only required at checkout, not in advance. The open window at night is disturbed by the Frankfurt airport traffic.
