“Pésimo servicio del personal de recepción y meseros, no regresaría.”
I brought my whole family to stay and have a pleasant weekend, but the restaurant service, the waiters and the head waiter were a total nightmare, and their attitude combined with the receptionist was awful. I would not stay again and would not recommend it.
Location. No elevator.
“Excellent, location and relaxing”
The spot was spot on, staff were friendly, helpful, professional, and the valet driver gave great directions; we were very pleased. However, the room had a broken blow dryer, which the staff swapped quickly.
The staff’s friendliness. The beds are very small.
The place is well located, but the overall cleanliness and facilities left something to be desired.
