The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The location is quiet and offers a beautiful view of Mont Blanc. It sits right next to the bus station, and the staff were very friendly. Everything was perfect and I’d gladly return.

I traveled from Geneva to Chamonix and the bus stop for drop‑off and pick‑up is directly in front of the hotel. The hotel offers a view of the snowy peak, which was perfect. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else now that I’ve seen everything. The staff were really nice and helpful; they even have a small soft‑play playground for kids, and our 2‑year‑old always wanted to go there before leaving and coming back. Perfect score! The location, the room itself, the view, and the facilities were all great, and the staff were amazing too.

The location is central yet still quiet. The shag rugs are no longer contemporary unless they’re well maintained. Paying €25 for a motorcycle parking spot in the underground garage is definitely overcharged; otherwise, there was no other option nearby.

The hotel is in a nice spot and has a contemporary look. We were assigned a room on the third floor, which turned out to be the attic. The slanted ceiling from the roof made the room unsuitable, and both my husband and I bumped our heads three times. The garage is terrible for anything larger than a Smart! The buffet breakfast costs 19€, yet I never saw a buffet where plates were placed near the buffet; instead, they set one plate on the table for you to use for everything you want to eat, discouraging you from having more than one thing while charging for a buffet—something I wouldn’t wish for.
