We stayed at The Ambassador while in town for a concert and the décor was stunning and the place spotless. Our room was roomy, fully equipped, and the bed was huge and comfortable, letting us sleep soundly. The hotel was very quiet, so no noise ever disturbed us. The American Reserve restaurant was a great spot to eat and relax, and we’ll definitely return.

The restaurant staff were very pleasant, the rooms were spacious and offered extra beds as needed, and the central location was acceptable. I was surprised to have to pay for Wi‑Fi in a hotel at this level, which I would consider a basic service. We paid a lot for what the hotel offered, probably because it was a World Cup FIFA date. The elevator was out of order for more than a week, causing constant discomfort whenever we needed to go up or down, with exaggerated delays (both guests and staff had to use a single elevator). The check‑in service was neither friendly nor explanatory.
