The room was only small. The staff were awful, everything was bad. The so‑called helpful staff were a myth; they claimed we had taken 12 bottles of water, but we only asked for filtered water and they gave us Aquafina. We agreed to pay for 12 bottles, yet each bottle cost more than the MRP plus 30. When we tried to prove we only drank four bottles, he couldn't show the 12 bottles, but we had the four we drank. When we asked for a cab, the response was that they didn’t know how to arrange one. They were unhelpful and inflexible. This is the worst hotel to stay at—think before booking.
