“Dissatisfied and disappointed”
The location was fine. I asked the front desk several times for housekeeping, but the staff on my floor refused to clean my room, so the hotel was clearly short‑staffed.

The location was good. There was no card room.

Great location real vacation vibes. We complained 2x after 11pm that our adjoining room was making extremely loud noise…kept us awake till early morning and was not given late checkout…

We were thrilled with everything: the private beach was incredibly relaxing, the pool was fantastic, the spa services were excellent, and the great food spots were just a short walk away.

The location and private beach were great, but the rooms felt basic and the pool looked like a typical airport hotel standard.
