We liked nothing about this place! We arrived only to discover our room was unavailable because of a maintenance issue, with no phone call or email warning us beforehand; no other rooms were available. The hotel was unclean, smelled bad, and looked run down. We were lucky to find another nearby hotel that was lovely—a very lucky escape from premier stays. Definitely not a premier stay! Terrible!

They gave us away the room on the day, saying we had to pay 24 hrs before, even though the booking said we would pay on arrival.

We turned up and found the room had been double‑booked, leaving us in Warrington with no accommodation and causing us to miss the festival; the staff was awful, rude, made a mistake, and refused to fix it.

I paid a lot, so I expected at least no mould and no dirt, but the rooms and facilities were very old and it was hard to find the place because it never said it was a premier stay anywhere. Once we found it, the place was mouldy, cold, and old—rooms looked like the 1950s, and the shower was so mouldy that no one could shower.
