The apartment is almost right in the center, spacious and recently renovated, fully equipped with all comforts, including a fully stocked kitchen. The apple tart made by the owner is delicious. We’ll definitely come back.

The location is very convenient. The apartment is beautiful, clean, roomy, and comes with everything, even a homemade welcome cake. The private parking is super convenient, and the in‑room bathroom plus dishwasher are a huge plus for us parents traveling with family. A supermarket is a 5‑minute walk and several restaurants and pizzerias are very close if you want to dine out.

The host Danila lives in the same house, was very responsive and spoke English well. Nothing was a problem. Even though it’s in a town centre, there is private parking. The apartment is well equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and a dishwasher. The living room and bedrooms are spacious with plenty of cupboards and storage. One of the three double bedrooms even has a private bathroom with a shower. Overall the apartment is cosy and absolutely abundant for a family of four. The location is about 200 m from the town centre and a well‑supplied grocery. Predazzo, though deep in a valley, has a strategic position, allowing you to enjoy more ski resorts within the week, and basically ski in a different resort each day reachable within 30 minutes from the apartment. Nothing to think of.

Very comfortable, quiet and peaceful apartment located practically in the strict centre of Predazzo, with parking available and excellent contact with the host.
