We arrived for our wedding anniversary. We liked the pleasant compliments (gifts) from the owner and the friendly attitude toward guests. The atmosphere was very nice.

The place is clean, breakfast is available, the grounds are nice, and the staff are friendly. The room with a washing machine is truly wow‑worthy and very convenient.

The hotel is wonderful, cozy, clean, and comfortable, with a friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and convenient, and you can order food, though only at set times (e.g., breakfast at 9:00). The view is pleasant, and you often see a rainbow. The pool price of 850 UAH is surprisingly high, and the pool itself is a stretch‑roof design that’s not very convenient to climb into.

Our family getaway at Loft House turned out to be exactly what we wanted – comfortable, cozy and set on a spacious, well‑kept grounds that even includes a playground for the kids. The location is quiet, away from the bustle of the main street, with a forest and springs 5 and 6 right nearby. We could order breakfast, lunch or dinner at reasonable prices and the kitchen’s food was tasty enough to order without hesitation. Across the road there’s a restaurant that serves a kids’ menu, and the site also has a pool, although we didn’t use it because we spent most of our time walking around or taking trips such as to Tustan. Parking is convenient but reserved for residents only. We stayed in a four‑person room that was large and airy, and I was especially impressed by how spotless everything was – the room, the corridors and the whole property. I would definitely recommend this place and we’ll be back.
