It turned out to be a fraud: nothing was there when we stepped in, the hotel management refused to accept the online booking confirmation and told us they didn’t offer online reservations, the customer‑care help was unhelpful, the hotel phone number listed was invalid, and it seems someone is messing up online bookings—just a huge scam.

Everything was comfortable and hassle‑free: the rooms were spotless, housekeeping did a great job, the hotel felt cozy, the front office staff were very helpful and polite, and overall it was a pleasant stay.
