“Disappointed”

Nothing. Verrun down, dirty, tv remote didn’t work, air system was wonky, breakfast was served until 9:45 not 10 lady was rude in the breakfast area should be about a $50 per night place at best!!

“Mold in the room, awful service and not clean at all.”

The best part of staying here was leaving. This hotel sucks!. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The staff sucked, the hotel was a dump, hallway was soaked with water and the room and bathroom were covered in black mold. I asked for a refund and said there was mold in the room and the front desk just said okay. Never gave me a refund until I called the next day and threatened to turn them in

The rooms were clean and nice, there was good coffee, and breakfast was very good, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you want a place to rest and relax by the pool; perhaps the issue was the guests present that day, so I wouldn’t risk staying there again. The corridors were very dirty and smelled bad, I think the carpets need washing; I wanted to use the pool and jacuzzi but people were drinking alcohol in the jacuzzi, the front‑desk guy couldn’t do anything, and the pool area was filthy and smoking was happening.

“Spend a few dollars more and find a better place.”

It was old and dirty, the hallway carpet looked like a herd of cattle had walked through, the A/C in the room was extremely loud, my wife said the bed was too hard, and the pillows were old and heavily used.
