The location! The price is very high. The check‑in process is slow; you can theoretically do it from your phone, but when you arrive you still have to wait a good while at the reception (which is in front of the accommodation). Also, you have to pay the tourist tax, and if you pay with a card instead of a debit card, your card details are written down: it’s not very trustworthy because they could record the number, CVV and expiry date and charge whatever they want… it hasn’t happened, but it creates distrust.

“Un petit hôtel tres beau et en plein centre”

Renovated and clean room. The building is quiet. No elevator for elderly people.

The property is clean, new and the rooms are spacious. The location is behind Piazza di Spagna, so close to several attractions and activities. The only issue is the lack of an elevator for two floors, which is hard if you have heavy or large luggage. It’s doable with a small trolley.

“Parfait rapport qualité prix”

The hotel is very well situated, we could do everything on foot! The room was beautiful, large and clean. Very easy to access. Everything was perfect.
