The place is perfectly located with easy access to Brooklyn and Manhattan, and the Lower East Side is my favorite part of Manhattan, so I always stay there; the interior design is impeccable, rooms are detailed and cosy enough that I didn’t want to leave in the evening. The standard rooms are generally quite small, but otherwise everything is superb.

The hotel was well kept and the common areas were art‑filled, but the location was bad, breakfast wasn’t included and there was no way to pay for it, the room was too small, and the price was excessive for the quality of the hotel and its services.

I was thoroughly impressed by this hotel's design, which exceeded my expectations in every way. The spacious room was beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and attention to detail that was evident in every aspect of the room. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel truly taken care of during my stay. The a la carte breakfast was delicious, with healthy options available, although I sometimes found myself wishing for a buffet option when I was in a rush.
