The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly, which was a definite highlight of my stay. However, I had some issues with the room itself, starting with the bed, which was quite uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the in-room coffee maker wasn't working, and the limited coffee options available didn't help.

I had a great experience at this hotel, thanks to its very nice property and clean rooms. The staff were also great, and the location was perfect for accessing local shopping and the nearby college. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.
