Our son adored the cars theme, which is his favorite franchise at Disney; the rooms were tidy and had everything needed for a full day at the parks, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, just like the rest of the property.

The location and the staff were good, but the carpet on the floor made the room feel unclean and it was clear the hotel hadn’t been renovated yet.

The hotel was perfect, the room and bathroom were large and super comfortable, and we’ll stay here again next time.

The hotel offered us two connecting rooms instead of one for four people, which was very pleasant.

The theme was nice and close enough to the park to walk, but there was no coffee machine unlike other Disney hotels, and it was hard to find the room after dark.
