The hotel was very good, the staff were warm, smiling, and professional. The location was excellent in central Cairo with all conveniences nearby, and the value for money was very attractive. I have a good memory of my stay – thanks, City Star Hotel. Everything was perfect.

The hotel’s location is great and the service is truly outstanding – I highly recommend it, especially the reception team, and of course the room matches the photos and is well equipped. I recommend it 100%. Nothing to report.

The hotel’s location is superb, just steps from Cairo’s main shopping streets and with a direct view of Tahrir Square if you choose a room with a view. The staff were impeccable, especially Mahmoud, who prepared a traditional Egyptian breakfast for us on the last day. The main entrance and stairwell could use a bit more care, and the pillows were a touch too firm.

I had an outstanding stay at the hotel; the rooms were spotless and fully equipped, the service was top‑class, and the location was perfect for exploring Cairo. The hotel was very secure and had an elevator, so I highly recommend it. Nothing to complain about – I give it a solid 10/10.
