A lovely houseboat for two with a nice deck and jacuzzi. The boat is located in a dirty marina on a distant campsite. When we arrived the water pipe was loose, so we got wet as we entered. There was still trash outside from previous guests. The houseboat fits two people, not four. The sofa bed was too small and too hard to sleep on. We also received an extra bill because the toilet was clogged.

The view and the furnishings were good. The numerous cobwebs on the doors, the railing, the staircase, the long brown and blonde hairs hanging inside, and the landlords’ reaction when I politely pointed them out – her accusation that I only wanted a discount – were disappointing. The service offered by the camping bar was also lacking; the promised aperitif platter was inedible. It’s a shame; we would have liked to return.

I stayed on this houseboat and overall it was a nice experience. The place is very welcoming, with well‑designed furnishings and plenty of light. Each room is well laid out and makes the stay pleasant, even for longer stays. The location is great for those seeking calm and a bit of peace. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a bit lacking. While the décor and layout are excellent, I noticed that some areas were not perfectly clean, especially corners and certain surfaces that needed more attention. Overall, the houseboat is a solid choice for a comfortable and well‑furnished retreat, but I hope they’ll pay more attention to cleaning in the future for an even more comfortable stay.
