The staff is very helpful, speaks Italian, and the parking is fine. The traffic noise is a downside.

“Overall fine for budget travellers”

It’s acceptable if you’re on a budget in Vlore because there aren’t many cheaper options. The air conditioning worked well and the location isn’t bad, though not the best. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and it was clean. There was no staff or front desk to check in—when I arrived nobody was around, so I had to ask the shopkeepers next door. The shower has no door or curtain, so the bathroom floor gets very wet after showering. The road outside is noisy, but that’s not the hotel’s fault; just bring ear plugs.

“Non vi aspettate un tre stelle con Reception d'inverno.”

Good location, two steps from the center. The reception was non‑existent; we had to call and wait for someone to come give us the keys to a vacant building with no supervision.

“The price was very good for what we got.”

I stayed 2 nights in this hotel in Vlorë and booked less than an hour before check-in. The room was ready, clean, and had a private fridge, a big wardrobe with hangers, air conditioning, and a balcony with a drying rack. The man who gave us the keys didn’t speak English, but he was very friendly and helpful. He even used his friend on the phone to help us communicate in English. Parking was available on the street and also inside the property. The hotel is next to a very busy road – good for access, but very noisy at night. It’s also far from the beach and the city center. The room had some small problems – the door was hard to close, and people could see inside through the window (but there was a curtain)
