The staff were great, the location was good, and the bed was really comfortable with excellent air‑conditioning; everything needed was available without excess. The room was tidy, clean, and unpretentious.

The location was great, but the bathroom was small.

The location was very good, but I wished there were more detailed explanations. The cleaning crew came in a group, shouting “thank you” repeatedly, and used the same gloves for both trash disposal and sheet‑setting, which felt uncomfortable; the constant “thank you” was annoying too. The room cleaning was fine, but I just wanted the consumables like towels to be refreshed cleanly.

The location made getting around easy (including a nearby market and Target), the amenities were good, the place was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

It was easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. We booked a one‑bedroom suite for three adults, and it was clean with enough space. The room had a small fridge, a Keurig with coffee and tea, and a microwave. The maid was very friendly and did a lot for us. Front‑desk staff were pleasant and accommodating. The pool was nice and the staff ran it efficiently. Bellboys were also friendly and great. The only downside was that it wasn’t directly on the beach, just a short walk away.
