The staff were polite and there’s a metro station nearby. The hotel is old, the breakfast menu is sparse with limited choices, the rooms feel dated, there’s no hook or towel rack in the bathroom, and the elevator is dirty.

The hotel’s spot is perfect—right across from the high‑speed rail entrance and the metro, with easy access to Western Zhengjia sports centre and nearby malls, plus all the surrounding facilities. The lobby is spacious and bright, and the front‑desk lady was very welcoming. The room and the help arranging the butterfly‑themed pot updates at reception were beautiful, offering a rich selection of buns, butter sticks, soy milk, etc. On the fourth floor there’s a laundry and a gym, plus a dryer; the room itself is roomy and bright.

The environment and location of the hotel are excellent, with nearby bus stops and metro stations just a 5‑minute walk away, making it easy to reach the whole city and saving a lot of time. The service is impeccable—from the warm welcome at check‑in to the reception helping with any issues, the staff were always smiling and responsive. When I needed office supplies temporarily, they sent them to my room very quickly and were very attentive. The room was clean and well‑organized, the beds were meticulously arranged, the toilet had no odor, toiletries were neatly stored, and daily cleaning was fast, making the stay very peaceful. The décor is minimalist, the lighting warm, the bed soft and especially comfortable for a good night’s sleep, saving energy for the next day’s work. The hotel’s facilities are also perfect: the gym is well‑equipped, the breakfast is varied with both Western and Asian options to suit all tastes and start the day energized. For my next business trip, this hotel will remain my first choice!
