From the roof you can see the pyramids, and even the street‑facing room offers a distant view of them; the neighborhood is noisy, but the scenery is wide, breakfast is good, and the overall environment is excellent.

The location, room comfort, breakfast, staff friendliness, and pyramid view were all wonderful!

The staff were wonderful, with many friendly people, and the food at both breakfast and the rooftop restaurant was delicious; the pool was very cold, but I personally liked that, the rooms were clean and tidied daily, and the location was great, close to the pyramids. Also, no worries about the ice cubes in the hotel—they’re made from mineral water. On the downside, you can hear city noise if your room faces the city, and the windows don’t seal completely, but earplugs solve that easily.

The staff were very welcoming and kind. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me and helped out. It was my first trip and I only spoke Italian, so they were very patient and helpful. I needed something and they assisted immediately; I didn’t miss anything. The restaurant offered many options, even gluten‑free, and the service was very good. The price isn’t very cheap, but it’s comfortable. When I needed something outside, they escorted me to the shop to get what I needed. The rooms are cleaned daily; the cleaning lady is very kind and restocks everything in the room: soaps, water, tea, coffee, trash. Towels, slippers, and towels were already provided before I arrived, ready in the room. The fridge in the room is very useful if you want to bring something from outside. The air‑conditioner is always available. The beds are very comfortable and the view from the windows is beautiful. The terrace pool is lovely and periodically clean, though I didn’t use it. I would return whenever possible. Highly recommended. 👍 The traffic noise is typical of Egypt. There is a lot of noise. In the morning, you hear noises from chairs and various furniture being moved during cleaning, which wakes me up because I have very light sleep. Personally, I didn’t like that even with the curtains closed, early morning light still comes in and wakes me.
