The room was tidy and the Wi‑Fi was solid. I booked a deluxe but ended up far from any deluxe rooms, never saw staff, and there was no dedicated parking—your spot gets taken if you leave. The shower requires stepping up, which isn’t ideal for bad knees or seniors. The bed was uncomfortable and there was only one bedside tablet, plus the walk from the car park felt long.

The place was spotless, tidy, modern, and in a convenient spot. The family rooms were very roomy and came with plenty of amenities. Parking was plentiful, even for larger vehicles or towing.
