Municipio Luxury Suite

“You can do better!! Small changes will makr a huge difference- If you do I would recommend this accommodation”

The property’s location was spot‑on, close to the harbour, train station, and bus stops, with many restaurants, shops, and supermarkets within walking distance. The recent renovation was tasteful. However, the room lacked a kettle and cups/mugs, forcing us to use paper cups repeatedly. The shower drain was blocked, and there were no wine glasses.

“Gem in Naples”

Everything was right there—grocery, restaurants, coffee shops—and the host was incredibly responsive. The place was spotless and a perfect stop on the way to the coast.

“if you need to stay around Municipio (not my favourite area) then this is a great place to stay”

The room itself, its floor level, and the building were all very nice. All in‑room amenities were great, and the stay was very comfortable, especially with the view and windows that effectively blocked the loud traffic noise. At the end of our stay there was a mix‑up: we were told we could leave luggage in a storage room, but when my husband returned the key at 11am, we were told not to leave the luggage there because no one would be present to retrieve it (the issue seemed to involve remote access or the elevator, though that didn’t appear to be a major problem). It was a bit annoying having to find another solution.

The location was good, the room modern, the staff always available, and they arranged a taxi to the airport for us.
