A very courteous and friendly lady at the reception made a great first impression, but the first night was marred by guests arriving and a loud argument over a room, plus the air‑conditioning made a lot of noise; after a room change the night was salvaged.

The location is close to the historic centre, but the air‑conditioning was noisy enough that it had to be turned off at night, making it hot, and the welcome could have been warmer.

Hotel Bristol sits in the heart of Enna’s old town, and you can park your car on a public lot right in front of the building; the reception and service are very friendly, the rooms are newly furnished, the breakfast isn’t exceptional but varied and sufficient, a fridge and air‑conditioning keep you comfortable even in summer, and a very good restaurant, shops and bars are nearby, so we felt very at ease.

The furnishings are good and the room is small but well designed, yet the parking is always full, I could hear everything my neighbour did and said, the door was poor, and most importantly the receptionist was not nice at all, making the experience unpleasant; do not stay there.
