Excellent value for money. Most people probably stay here for one or two nights when traveling to or from Haneda. The facilities are very modern, and the room was super clean. The hotel is really close to Haneda. The free shuttle to Haneda was a bit chaotic in the morning; a large group of people seemed unprepared, but the hotel added another bus quickly enough.

I appreciated the hotel’s vibe—it felt modern and roomy compared to other Tokyo spots I visited. Room 627 was a Superior Twin Room with Shower Booth – Non Smoking. I would have liked the beds separated instead of joined. The location was great, just a short walk from the subway station, but remember you need at least 45 minutes to reach central Tokyo. The shuttle bus service was a problem: it only ran until 12:30 pm, while our flight landed at 6 pm, so we had to take a taxi. I had booked this hotel specifically for the shuttle, so I was disappointed it wasn’t available.

We were back for the fourth time and, as usual, very pleased. The décor is flawless, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the on‑site restaurant is good if you don’t want to leave after your trip, and the airport shuttle runs regularly (you catch it over the road from the domestic terminal 1). Though it’s not in the city centre, the room rates are very reasonable compared to closer hotels, and the trains get you everywhere quickly. This isn’t a typical tourist hotel; it’s much classier.

The place sits in a good spot, stays tidy, and the airport transfer worked fine. Breakfast was a let‑down with hard‑fried eggs, no fresh fruit ready for yoghurt, and the bread was subpar. It was the fifth Japanese hotel I’d tried for breakfast, and at least two of them had decent or superb options. The dinner at the hotel was okay, and the bar and bartender were great.

It looked better than I expected. The staff were nice, very professional and kind. The shuttle to the airport was great, but seating was very limited. The room was smaller than we had anticipated.
