“Slept with a grasshopper”
The sheets weren’t overly bleached, which made the bed feel more comfortable, and the mattress was good, plus the door lock worked well. Parking was close, but we’ll never stay in Lordsburg again; the rooms need deep cleaning, repairs, and fresh paint. The front desk wasn’t very friendly—after a long day of travel, a little warmth would have made us feel welcomed, but that wasn’t there. The room was dirty: the carpet was stained, the bathroom vent fan was broken, the ceiling fan light bulb had burned out, and the shower stall was poorly installed. The doors also needed screen doors because of grasshoppers. Office hours were too short (11 am to 3 pm), and people were running in the room above us, which was seriously annoying.
