We arrived late in Denver and were told to come back in the morning because the hotel was closed; the Spanish guy at the door had a poor attitude.

I drove up to the property and saw a lot of homeless people nearby, which made me feel unsafe, so I turned back and canceled the booking online. The cheap price explains why there were so many.
