I stayed in a very nice area, super quiet and well connected, with the metro right next door. The service was great, the room was small but pretty good for London, and the en‑suite bathroom was in good shape. Nothing to complain about.

The staff service was exemplary, but the room was very small.

The location is good, but it’s underground.

The staff were lovely and the room was newly furnished. The location was great, just a short walk to Earl’s Court Station, and the walk to the museums was enjoyable. The bed felt as hard as a rock; it worked for me, but others might not like it.
