The room was tidy, the breakfast was surprisingly good for the price, and overall it felt like good value. However, the room could have been cleaner—walking in with socks turned them black instantly, and I found strands of other guests' hair scattered around; the air conditioner also seemed in need of cleaning. On the first day, a strong unpleasant odor came from the bathroom pipes, a common issue in many Bali hotels. There was no fridge in the room, and when I tried to order from the downstairs restaurant I was told everything was sold out by 2 pm. Despite these flaws, the price makes it a solid choice I'd recommend to friends.

This 3‑star hotel is solid and decent, perfect for a couple of nights if you’re looking for a comfortable villa on site. I couldn’t stay long because the renovation is old, and the towels and linens need updating. We stayed on the 5th floor and had no insects. The toilet had a good bidet and the shower water pressure was strong with hot water. Nearby is a McDonald’s and a great Rackeat café in the new tennis center. The hotel has elevators, which is very convenient. For its price, it’s a good hotel. The towels and bedding could be newer, and at night the pool area gets noisy from young people swimming.

The ambience is nice and the main area is good for wandering around. However, the property didn’t use the guest name I provided during booking and in my message, making check‑in a nightmare that was difficult and a waste of time.
