The view is breathtaking. The beds are very comfortable. The apartment is stylish and perfectly furnished. Wendy and Mike take care of everything and are available at all times to help wherever possible. The breakfast is amazing. Thank you for a wonderful time. There’s nothing negative; everything is perfect.

This was a beautiful location and the apartment was great. Fresh baked bread was delivered to the door every morning, and the room was unexpectedly cleaned each day.

The location is dreamy, super equipped with a spacious living area and nice bedrooms, a huge terrace, and very friendly hosts. Everything is clean and well maintained. The highlight is definitely the amazing panoramic view over the Bay of Islands. The house sits about 50 m above the water, where you can watch the boat traffic and the small ferry to Okiato. After Paihia, it’s only about 15 min by car. Breakfast on demand is in the fridge, fresh bread is brought in the morning, and there’s a grill. A short walk leads to an idyllic cove. Simply brilliant. Nothing negative.
