Breakfast was very good. I didn’t realize it was a music festival, so it was a little noisy at night. Parking is a problem.

We stayed at a bed & breakfast. The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection and no major hassle, and the service was excellent. The location was very nice, on what I would call the quieter side of town, with a lovely view across the river. It was easy to walk from the hotel to the other side of the harbour or to take a nice ferry ride across. The Cornish Gin St Sithney in various flavours was an added bonus to our stay.

The staff were friendly and the location in Looe was prime. The mattress was far too soft to be supportive or comfortable. The floor was uneven, especially when entering the bathroom. The bathroom toilet seat was unsteady. All in all, I wasn’t entirely impressed.

The breakfast was lovely, the staff were friendly, the location for Looe was ideal, and the rooms were clean. The top floors of the hotel could benefit from portable air‑con units during the summer; a fan was provided but air‑con would definitely help.

The hotel was good; the lady in charge of breakfast treated us like POWs, telling us what to do and what not to do. The location was ideal and the bar was lovely.
