The best part was definitely the staff—always friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Cleanliness and facilities were well maintained and in good condition. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, these factors made the stay more comfortable. However, communication was difficult because no one spoke English, which made it hard to understand each other on several occasions. I also disliked the pricing policy: almost every service had a cost, and extra charges were added. Even paying by card incurred an additional fee, and the currency conversion rate applied was higher than the usual rate, so the final amount ended up being much higher than expected.
