I stayed warm throughout the trip because I’m very cold‑prone and the days were 0 to 5 degrees; the floor and showers stayed warm, each bed had curtains and independent lights for privacy, the kitchen was well equipped, breakfast was simple but good, and the common area played calm music. The staff were kind enough to let me check in early and set up, though the receptionist’s Spanish wasn’t perfect but she tried to explain everything. The only downside was the pillow, which felt too low and hard.
