I didn't stay, just cancelled. No electricity.

There was a mobile generator just outside my room that ran the whole night. How is one supposed to sleep with that noise through the night? I tried to call reception, but there was no answer. Really not worth a cent I spent. I booked to rest, not to camp all night.

The first night we had no power. The room, although non‑smoking, smelled of cigarette smoke. I asked for a room with a hair dryer, but the hair dryer was initially not working. On the last night other guests played music extremely loud until very early in the morning and we could not sleep – the hotel should have intervened and told the guests to turn the music off. The bathroom and kitchen accessories were very cheap, and there was only one‑ply toilet paper. Definitely not a 4‑star experience.

The staff—from security and reception to the cleaning crew—were all exceptionally friendly, professional, and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Their kindness and outstanding hospitality, combined with the beautiful, peaceful, natural surroundings that feel like a jungle retreat right in the city, create a truly relaxing and unique atmosphere. The place is gorgeous, the people are lovely, and I’d definitely stay here again! Nothing to complain about; I genuinely enjoyed my stay.
