The hotel is close to the main train station, the breakfast was very good, and Paolo was very friendly and courteous, but the facilities are old, the room has a small window and is high up (like a basement).

The location is good, but the staff were unfriendly and the place wasn’t very clean.

The staff were friendly and the place stayed tidy. It’s conveniently located not far from the main city centres and near the train station. The bed was clean and fairly comfortable, but the sheets and duvet cover needed changing – they look old and worn. Overall the hotel feels a bit worn out, yet it still offers decent value for money.

The spot is in a good position, close to the PKP station, which matters if you’re planning train trips to Florence or Venice; it’s also near the city centre, a 20‑minute walk away. The breakfasts were very poor – the same low‑quality fare each day – and the hotel itself needs a refresh: dirty walls, stains in the bathroom, and an old elevator.
