“Mid-week getaway.”

The hotel is in an amazing location. Parking is available off the street. Access requires going up stairs. Historic building refurbished beautifully. I was upgraded to an en suite room, so if you require a bathroom in your room, be mindful of the booking. Each room is decorated differently. Earl's is downstairs and is not only great service and great food, but an amazing sitting area for large groups or a morning to yourself. Checkin is simply getting a message and being told which room is yours. The key is in the door. Nothing

The room was super cute, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Earl’s was a nice spot for breakfast. We didn’t realize some rooms have separate bathrooms, like the ones across the hall, when we booked. We managed to change rooms, but it would have been nice to know that detail beforehand. It was a bit of a hike uphill from the parking lot to the hotel. That’s not the hotel’s fault—everything in Bisbee is on a hill—but I wanted to warn other older folks.

“Great place and close to everything”

Central location, loved the café inside, and the people are very nice.

“Our friends had crappie rooms in other hotels.”

I’m old and don’t read my emails every day, so I missed the long check‑in instructions. Noah was terrific and helped me sort out the car situation. I enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the email parking, which can’t be helped.
