“All good until staff made a mistake and opened my door without knocking”

The hotel looked brand new and updated, but the staff's lack of attention to detail was a major issue. I was working down the street when I got a call from my wife, who was shocked that a staff member walked into our room without knocking. She was laying on the bed with my gun beside her, and if he had stepped in, it could have been disastrous. The staff member apologized and said it was a mistake, but it was too late - we had already checked out.

The hotel's location was a major plus, and I was relieved to be on the first floor. Unfortunately, the floors were a mess, with hairs scattered everywhere - it looked like they hadn't swept or mopped in ages. The toilet was another issue, with a strong smell of urine that lingered throughout our stay. To top it off, there was no breakfast, and the "suite" we booked was anything but luxurious.

Our stay was marred by the constant noise from the parking lot, where people were arguing and visitors were coming and going at all hours. The banging on the wall was the final straw, and the microwave didn't work either. It was a chaotic and unpleasant experience.
