The location was fine. Cleanliness was a major problem—bed sheets were never changed. The staff were rude and constantly reminded us about payment. The property has serious cleaning issues.

The front‑desk staff, especially Ikpal Khan, had a constant polite smile. I arrived very early in the morning and Bhicva welcomed me and handled the check‑in. The bathrooms need more cleaning, there are no tissues in the room, no small tray for the qibla, and no prayer rug.
