The onsen was gorgeous and the room was comfortable, yet the Japanese restaurant offered poor food and didn’t provide good value for money.

The room and service were excellent, but I wish there had been a small snack shop available.

The location and meals were good, but I heard front‑desk staff venting complaints about guests while I walked past, which was disappointing after the otherwise positive impression.

Breakfast was very good and the view was great, but there was no self‑service washing machine.
