I’ve stayed here many times and enjoy the place, the people, and the ambiance; the team—Joy, Qasim, Abdel, and all staff—did a great job, and there was nothing negative.

The room size was adequate for a family and the commute was easy because the nearest metro station and supermarkets were nearby, but I had to book an interconnected room, which added five nights of unnecessary extra charges; one family room would have sufficed, and I found that unfair and disappointing.
