The staff were the only thing that stood out; the breakfast had already gone cold by the time I went up to the restaurant. I received the towels when we entered the room, which felt odd because I should have arranged that beforehand. Also, it seemed like we were given a second‑hand bed that our toddler had overused, so it should have been replaced.

We arrived to find a suite instead of the room we had booked—nice surprise. The location is a bit out of town and the breakfast isn’t really Italian.
