they charge extra extra payment after booking. very bad service

Nothing. Demanded extra money for early check-in. And didn't provide clear information about availability of rooms for early check-in

The location of this hotel can't be beat, but that's about the only positive I can think of. I was really put off by the fact that they charged double what I'd expected to pay - it just didn't seem right.
