Amazing facilities, perfect for our wedding stop‑over, and it didn’t feel like a boat. The roof light in the main bedroom leaked when it rained, causing a lot of water in the morning that needs fixing.

We stepped onto the barge right away and it was a hit—spacious enough for a family and even a dog, and the vibe was just right. Honestly, there’s nothing to gripe about.

The boat turned out larger than I’d imagined and inside it felt more like a house than a vessel; the back seating area opened onto the water, perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink. The main bedroom was gorgeous and you’d never suspect it was on a boat, while the two smaller rooms were still roomy enough that I didn’t feel cramped at all. The marina itself was lovely, with a scenic lake, nearby cafés, bars, restaurants, and a cinema offering great food; there are also nice country pubs a short walk away. Stunning spot, would definitely recommend. I can’t think of any downside; it surpassed my expectations and didn’t feel small or cramped despite being a boat.
