The bed was super comfy, yet the kettle didn’t work and there was only one towel in the room.

My daughter stayed there. She said the staff were friendly, the place was clean and cozy like in the photos, and the service—checking on needs in the middle of the stay—made her feel comfortable. The only downside was that there was no elevator, but that was fine.
