Parking was a surprise: it costs $64 a night, and no one mentioned it at check‑in or when someone parked my car. Because the hotel is so close to the city, I assumed parking was included in the reservation, but it turned out to be an extra fee revealed at checkout.

“It could have been better the rooms was stuffy and had a smell like pinesol”

The rooms needed an upgrade; my first room had a dirty globe on the floor and a shower seat torn from the wall, making it unusable. The garage parking spots were too close together. When I was moved to a second room, the air‑conditioner brackets were damaged and the room smelled bad. The exterior and the security in the parking garage were also lacking.

Parking was the best part, and the breakfast staff served a wonderful spread that my husband and I both enjoyed; the hotel feels very family‑oriented. The only downside was that the bathroom lacked a mirror with bright lighting for makeup.
