The location was just okay. The room was the same size as a jail cell!

The staff were spectacular, from the smooth check‑in, through the stay, to the check‑out. The room was comfortable and the location was amazing. The young staff were always attentive to our concerns. I’ve already recommended it to six people traveling to Rome in November. The only downside is that the building’s consortium could improve external access, because the interior lock was missing a latch and the door left unsecured.

The location was great, very close to the train station. The shower screen door didn’t feel secure, the toilet leaked, and it was very noisy after hours.
